4 Panel CD DigiPak
The CD DigiPak comes with either a clear or black flexi-tray fixed to the inside right panel and printed on 360gsm coated card stock. We also offer a eco-friendly 100% recycled uncoated card stock solution.
CD Digipacks have become increasingly popular and have now probably superseded the standard plastic CD Jewel Case as the primary audio CD packaging solution.
4 Panel CD DigiFile
Similar to the CD DigiPak, the CD DigiFile comes in either 360gsm coated card stock or on a 100% recycled matt board.
The CD DigiFile (or CD SlitPack) replaces the plastic flexitray with a die-cut pocket for the disc.
Although commonly referred to as a CD DigiFile this packaging is equally suitable for DVD and Blu-Ray discs.
6 Panel CD DigiPak
Similar to the standard 4 Panel CD DigiPak above our 6 Panel CD DigiPak has a single black or clear flexitray glued to the centre panel.
This is a Gatefold DigiPack - meaning the left panel opens left and the right panel opens to the right. The DigiPack in this photo was manufactured using recycled card stock to achieve a raw and more textured, organic feel.
Custom Printed Card Wallet
The most cost effective custom printed card packaging has to be the Card Wallet. Popular for both CDs and DVDs alike custom printed card wallets are an incredibly popular packaging choice.
Commonly used by bands to promote singles, card wallets are also very popular for customers who want a professional yet robust solution that is also, due to its size and weight, cheap to mail out to customers.
4 Panel DVD DigiPak
Disc Factory also offer a short-run DVD DigiPaks. Using either our 360gsm coated or uncated recycled stock our DVD DigiPacks comes with either a clear or black flexi-tray fixed to the inside right panel.
Due to the dimensions being similar to that of a standard DVD case this is more commonly used for DVD Video but is still suitable for CD or Blu-Ray projects.
DVD Case
The Standard DVD Case is still a very popular and cost effective packaging solution for our duplicated discs.
Available in black or clear as well as double disc versions these DVD cases also have the option of a either a single or double sided inlays as well as a 2 or 4 page insert.
CD Jewel Case
The CD Jewel Case packaging can accommodate either a double sided tray card for use with a clear tray or a single sided tray card and black tray.
The front of the CD Jewel Case can have either a 2 page or 4 page CD booklet.
Slimline Jewel Case
The Slimline CD Case is a popular, cost effective alternative to the standard CD Jewel Case. As the name suggests the case is slimmer (about half the width) than a standard CD Jewel Case and also come with either a black or clear tray.
Being cheaper and more compact than the standard CD Jewel Case makes the Slimline CD Case is a very popular alternative.
Ejector Case
The Ejector Case (or "trigger pack") is an innovative and eye-catching packaging solution that uses a unique lever mechanism to pop the disc out.
Being lightweight and virtually unbreakable makes the Ejector Case another ideal solution for mailouts.
Clear Clamshell
At Disc Factory we only use official A-grade Clear Clamshell (C-Shell) packaging and not the cheaper alternatives.
C-Shells are incredibly robust and being shatterproof makes them a great solution for protecting your CD and DVDs.
